About Elizabeth Arias

I’m Elizabeth Arias, Somatic & Intuitive Coach and the founder of Arias Rising. I support people who are navigating change: the kind of change that doesn’t just require a plan, but demands a deeper recalibration, emotionally, mentally, and physically. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, cognitive clarity, and embodied truth, helping clients feel safe enough inside themselves to move forward with steadiness, self-trust, and intention.

My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human. I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and as a Somatic Practitioner, and I use these tools to help clients understand their internal patterns while also addressing what the body is carrying. Because growth isn’t just a mindset shift, it’s a whole-system shift. When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, even the best ideas can feel unreachable. Together, we slow things down enough to locate what’s driving stress and self-doubt, and we build the capacity to respond differently: with clarity instead of overwhelm, with choice instead of reaction.

Before stepping into this work, I spent more than 15 years in the AEC industry, architecture, engineering, and construction, where I led high-stakes marketing, proposals, and strategy in environments defined by deadlines, complexity, and constant pressure. That experience shaped me in ways I now recognize as profoundly relevant to the work I do today. I understand what it feels like to perform under expectation, to carry responsibility quietly, and to keep moving even when your body is asking you to stop. I also understand systems, communication, and how to translate vision into execution, skills that now serve my clients differently: helping them create plans that are aligned with their real capacity, not just their ambition.

What makes Arias Rising different is that we don’t treat your mind and body as separate. We look at what you’re thinking, what you’re believing, and what you’re physically holding. We work with the truth, gently but directly. For some people, that looks like untangling the loops of anxiety, perfectionism, or self-sabotage using CBT-informed tools. For others, it’s learning how to feel again: how to notice tension, soften the nervous system, and regain a sense of internal safety through grounding, breath, movement, and body-based awareness. Often, it’s both.

I also bring a lived understanding of what it means to carry a lot early in life. My upbringing required resilience, and I learned, like so many people do, how to stay strong, keep going, and put my needs second. That strength served me for years, but it also taught my nervous system to stay on alert. My work today is rooted in the healing of that pattern: learning how to be capable without being depleted, how to tell the truth without burning everything down, and how to rebuild a life that fits who you are now, not who you had to be to survive.

If you’re in a season of transition, leaving a relationship, reinventing your identity, navigating burnout, starting over, or simply feeling the quiet knowing that something must change, I can help. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally overloaded, or disconnected from their own inner signal. They’re functional on the outside and exhausted on the inside. Through our work, we create grounded clarity, nervous-system steadiness, and actionable next steps that feel honest and sustainable. Not performative. Not forced. Real.

Arias Rising is for people who are ready to come back to themselves, one truthful step at a time.

If you feel that pull, I welcome you into a conversation.
