What I do

Steady Support for Life’s Hard Transitions

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, your partner on this exciting journey to self-discovery and success.

I’ve spent a lifetime listening closely, sensing what’s beneath the surface, and holding space when things feel uncertain or heavy. I’ve lived through deep transitions, long seasons of responsibility, and moments that required steadiness when there was none to borrow, which is why presence, honesty, and nervous-system safety matter so much to me. I’m naturally attuned to people in moments of change, not to fix or direct them, but to help them slow down, feel supported, and hear themselves more clearly. The work I do now is a reflection of who I am: grounded, perceptive, compassionate, and deeply respectful of the inner wisdom people carry when they’re given the right space to access it.

MANTRAS TO EASE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

Gentle Mantras to Help Lighten the Weight

If you’re carrying more than usual, these gentle mantras offer a quiet place to land. These are not affirmations to convince yourself of something. They are cues designed to help your nervous system recognize safety and soften its grip.

When Everything Is Too Much

Overwhelm is created by urgency, not capacity. This mantra gently interrupts the nervous system’s alarm response by removing the demand to manage everything simultaneously, allowing the body to soften and the mind to regain a sense of order.

Standing Between What Was and What’s Next

Transitions activate uncertainty in the body long before the mind understands it. This mantra validates the in-between space, signaling safety in not knowing and helping the nervous system relax into timing rather than force a decision.

Letting the Day Go

Sleep resistance often comes from unresolved mental loops. This mantra gives the mind explicit permission to stand down, reassuring the nervous system that vigilance is no longer required and rest is allowed. Bring your day to a peaceful end to give you the rest you need.

discovery without pressure

FAQs

What kind of support do you offer?

I offer presence-based, non-clinical support rooted in somatic awareness, deep listening, and attuned presence. My work helps people slow down, settle their nervous systems, and gain clarity during overwhelm, transition, or emotionally heavy moments.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. This work is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for licensed mental health support. It’s complementary, supportive work focused on regulation, awareness, and creating space for insight, without diagnosis or treatment.

Who is this work for?

This work is for people who are carrying a lot, emotionally, mentally, or relationally, and want support that doesn’t push, fix, or rush them. Many clients come during life transitions, periods of overwhelm, caregiving seasons, or end-of-life moments.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are calm and conversational. We slow things down, notice what’s happening in the body, and create space for reflection and release. There’s no script, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to arrive with answers.

Do I need prior experience with somatic or intuitive work?

Not at all. You don’t need any background or belief system. This work meets you where you are and moves at a pace that feels safe and accessible.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re drawn to a quieter, more grounded form of support, one that values presence over problem-solving and allows clarity to emerge naturally, this work is likely a good fit. If you’re unsure, starting with a short session or a guided audio is a gentle way to explore.

What is somatic therapy, and how is this different?

Somatic therapy is a licensed, clinical modality that works with the body as part of mental health treatment. While my work is informed by somatic awareness, I do not offer somatic therapy. What I provide is non-clinical somatic support, focused on noticing, regulating, and gently releasing tension through presence and awareness, without diagnosis or treatment.

What if I don’t know what I need or what to talk about?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to arrive with a goal, a story, or the right words. This work begins wherever you are, often by simply slowing down and noticing what’s present. Together, we allow clarity to emerge without pressure to perform or explain.
